The location is great for me and my wife. It has everything you need. There is ambient noise on weekends. Not a deal breaker. We attend jazz/music events at the Arlington Music Hall. We drive in from central AR. We don't need to move the car Breakfast Brother's and Mama Cuca's are new since our last stay. Both excellent!! Enjoy.

The accommodation was excellent: a spacious, modern apartment with comfortable lounge area, well equipped kitchen, separate bedroom area with queen bed, balcony and washer-dryer. The location was also great with lots of restaurants close by, including the Tipsy Oak across the road.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The balcony had nice views. The laundry room was a +. I never saw any staff around. The building really needs an elevator. Carrying big luggage up the stairs was not fun.

Unit was as described. No complaints about the Inn. Was secure and easy access to many restaurants. The Inn backs up to train tracks and the building echos easily, so bring a sound machine if you are light sleeper. Also no elevator, or at least we didn’t find one. There is no designated parking, you park where you find a spot along the street. Also a $150 security deposit was requested after we booked. I don’t think these things take away from the 5 stars. Just letting you know things we discovered along the way. It may be in the description somewhere but i mist have over looked it. No staff on duty.
