Located within the Watersong Resort grounds in the heart of Central Florida, The Sunseeker's Retreat offers you a great escape from daily life while keeping you within reach of everything fun. Getting to your retreat from the Orlando International Airport will be a 35 minute drive. Once you’re here, you will be less than 30 minutes away from Disney World, 35 minutes from Universal Studios and the Mall of Millenia, and 45 minutes from Downtown Orlando.

On the property, you'll find space for everyone as a generous mix of queen and twin beds can accommodate up to ten people. Feel free to kick back in the newly updated family room featuring new leather reclining sofas and a wide-screen smart TV. Enjoy some suds in the Jacuzzi after a long day out. Maybe challenge your friends to a table tennis match to decide who gets to sleep in the big bedroom before hitting the hay in one of five bedrooms available on location. We have everything for everybody big and small. For families, we also have for your use a high chair and a crib for the little one in case you forget or aren't able to bring your own.

***And for an extra $30 a day, the pool can be heated for you to enjoy no matter what the temperature is outside (Please indicate in your reservation if you'd like to include the heated pool during your stay).***

Please also note that the built in bbq (grill) you see in the pictures is not functional as we can't find parts to repair it and will be removing it in near future. If you like to have one, you are welcome to use the other one we have for no charge. You will just need to make sure its clean when you leave. We also have a nice air fryer in the kitchen that you may use as well. That works just as well as the grill and not much mess to clean up. All included for your convenience,

While the Sunseeker's Retreat offers you a bit of seclusion from the hustle and bustle of Central Florida, you're never far away from good dining options with restaurants located within a 15 minute drive. But if you feel like cooking at home, grocery stores such as Publix and Winn-Dixie and supermarkets such as Walmart and Target are just down the road, and you'll have access to basic kitchen tools, cutlery and dishes included in the kitchen.

Central Florida is also home to several quality golf courses within a 20-minute drive, plus the Top Golf driving range and lounge in downtown Orlando. Award-winning Clearwater Beach is a 1 hour 30 minute drive west, while the famed Daytona International Speedway is a 1 hour 20 minute drive northeast. And for the curious minds, the Kennedy Space Center is a 1 hour 15 minute drive east near Coco Beach.

We had a wonderful stay! The pool and jacuzzi were absolutely amazing. The house was clean and had plenty of space. Our host was easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

The house was clean upon arrival and offered all amenities as listed. The owner was very friendly and easy to contact for any issues or concerns that arose during our stay. Each bedroom provided ample space for multiple people to stay in and provided more than enough storage for clothes, bags, etc. The pool and hot tub heated up quickly and maintained heat throughout our stay once turned on. The neighborhood was very quiet, trash pickup was very convenient as they would move the cans back to the house for you, and the security guards at the gate were very friendly.

Great property, outdoor space for a family was the best we have tried and we have been to several orlando villas. A true South facing pool with sun all day, brand new loungers and an outside toilet - a godsend for kids. Property was clean and very well presented, had everything we could need. Pool was cleaned weekly. The watersong estate itself is always well looked after and gate staff are super friendly and helpful. Host was quick to respond to our queries.

Great stay at Watersong Villa

This property was perfect for our family of 7. It had everything we needed for a holiday in Orlando. The outdoor area was excellent and the kitchen was well equipped. We felt very safe on the Watersong complex and it was in a great location to access shops, restaurants and all the parks.

Sunseeker Paradise

By far, our best rental in years. Communication from the host before, during and after our stay was excellent. We were provided a warm welcome with check-in procedures and other key details (i.e. trash, pool maintenance schedules) way before arrival. This will be our first choice on our next visit for sure.

Property was very nice, clean and comfortable. My family of 8 had more than enough room. Home had everything needed for a weeks stay pots, pans, games, playpen and stroller for all members of the family. Easy available to communicate with propery owner. Overall stay was amazing

There is no place like home!

We had the best time making new memories in this beautiful home!! We have a family of 10 and we all fit perfect with plenty of space and privacy. About a 45 minute drive to Universal! Close to Publix and Walmart! Highly recommend!! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely 2 weeks

Had a brilliant 2 weeks in the villa. The estate it’s situated on is lovely. Great communication with Virinder and also the site management when needed. Lovely pool and outside area. Would recommend and would revisit.

Lovely spacious home

The home was lovely and spacious. There were a couple of bits in the house that were ready for an update. But beds very comfortable and the bathrooms suited us as a family very well. Lovely community.

Highly recommend

We stayed at this house for 9 nights and loved it! We are a family of 7 (2 adults 5 kids under age of 8) and everyone loved this house and had more than enough space. Short walk to club house which has 2 playgrounds and a large walk in pool (perfect for toddlers). We chose to heat the pool and were so glad we did! Our newborn even enjoyed swimming. Host was amazing and very easy to contact and was accomadating. We just returned back to our real home and can't wait to go back next year to this house!
