An ideal condo for families with children. Max occupancy is 6. We sleep up to 6 people, but the condo is not huge - so it's most comfortable with up to 4 adults and 2 children.

Our 9th floor condo is a great place for your family to use alone or to share with friends. It is decorated with a beachy-contemporary flair. We have recently updated the vinyl plank flooring, brand new kitchen cabinets and new stainless-steel appliances. The condo itself is open and airy with vaulted ceilings in the living room and expansive views from the kitchen and living areas.

You will be pleasantly surprised by all the extras that you would not normally find in a rental unit. And of course, it goes without saying; you will love the hard packed Daytona Beach sand that is just outside your door!

BALCONY
The balcony is likely where you’ll spend a fair amount of time so we made sure we comfy pub chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, have an evening cocktail or just lounge all day watching the dolphins frolic in the water. Because the balcony faces directly east, you can easily see the beautiful sunrise and breathtaking sunsets to the west.

LIVING ROOM
In our main living area we have sliding glass doors with AMAZING beach views. There's an over-sized leather sleeper sofa with a coffee table, side table and lamps. There is also a reclining chair with reading lamp to sit and enjoy the expansive views. 50 inch flat screen smart TV with cable and dedicated High Speed WiFi connection.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN and DINING AREA
Even if you don’t like to cook, you’ll find inspiration in our kitchen with a dreamy view of the beach. We, of course, have equipped the kitchen with all the necessities such as a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, ice-maker, blender, ample plates, glasses, silverware and kitchen utensils. We pots, pans and oven pans. You'll also find a Keurig K-cup & regular coffee maker.
The Dining Counter area has 4 pub height stools.

BEDROOM: 2 QUEENS
The Master suite has a 2 Queen Sized Beds with Premium high thread count cotton sheets, night stands, reading lamps, large dresser, and HDTV. Large Closet -equipped with iron, ironing board, broom, dust pan, mop, Swiffer and safe. The window has blinds and drapes .

MASTER BATH: The attached full bathroom features a commode, vanity with sink, and tub/shower combination unit. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and large fluffy bath towels. iron and ironing board.


OTHER FEATURES INCLUDED
For your convenience, we also have a 24 inch stackable washer and dryer. Any pool items or beach items found in the room have been left by a previous guest. We provide free high-speed WiFi.

While maximum occupancy is 6, that's only if you have a mix of adults and children. We only allow maximum of 4 adults (age 16+.) Monthly rates are based on two person occupancy. If you have more than 2 people you may be charged more after you book online.

You must be 21 to book this room - anyone under 21 will be turned away at the front desk.
SERVICE ANIMALS :: We need to be informed if you are bringing a service animal when you book your trip. We need to receive official documents for service animals prior to your arrival.
