Perfect Location

This location was perfect since we were visiting for the NCA/NDA Championships. So close to all events we did not need a rental car. Close to shops, restaurants and anything we needed. Oceanfront with lots of amenities. Unit was exactly as described. Had a slight issue and maintenance was so quick to respond and resolve. Plan on renting again next year for Cheer championships

Great condo!

Condo was perfect for our family with college-age son and two friends. Owners were very quick and easy to communicate. Liked all the restaurants nearby-easy walking distance. Pool was chilly but otherwise very positive experience.

First BEST Vacation

Our first family vacation out of state was the best! Great communication with owners and quick response. Very detail and made the check in smooth. The condo is very spacious and beautiful view of the ocean! Our kids enjoyed the beach and pool. We’ll definitely be back!

Only qualm is that they let any family come stay at location. Groups of kids from foster families were bullying our kids. Security staff is amazing and on point. Just wish they wouldn’t allow problem families there.

Family of four! Enjoyable!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We did experience a few mishaps in the beginning, such as the A/C unit on our side not fully functioning and had to request toilet paper, but these things were handled quickly! The owner’s response time was prompt! My significant other and I did have to clean the bathrooms very well due to sand residue. The space itself was very enjoyable and the balconies (there were 3) had wonderful views. Very accommodating and near everything! The resort itself had numerous amenities (our teens were able to roam freely and safely)!!! Great stay!

I absolutely loved my stay! The property is clean and lots to do. It is also very family friendly. You really don’t even need a car to stay there you can walk to everything. What an amazing stay!

Best location in Daytona

This room was AMAZING!! The view from the master , even from the tub was perfect! 3 balconies give you sunset and sunrise views, the facility was outstanding for my 5 & 2y.o and my 78 y.o Gram. Perfect spot to relax - make sure you get pool chairs early and have someone there every 25 minuets to ensure security wont move your stuff ( if you try to save them and go back to your room). Overall this room was the best spot for my family to get away from the worlds chaos, owners were fast at responding to any of our needs throughout our stay, we will be back!!

This property has lovely views of the ocean and is very spacious for families. The location is near shops, dining, and the pier. We had a great time!
