Well it's your system. Every time we go in to check in . You ( your company Expedia ) because your a third party gets the name wrong so they never can find our reservation even though we have a confirmation. So they tell us they found and the name is spelled wrong even it's spelled CORRECTLY on EVERYTHING ELSE. why is this happening??

Not a bad experience overall expect when we called to notify the hotel that our flight was delayed and we we’ll be checking late after midnight we were put on hold for over an hour and had to hang up and call again. The second time another hotel personnel answered and was able to modify our check in Don’t know what was the reason for putting us on hold for an hour the first time when it was done within minutes the second time.
