Upon arrival was greeted poorly and told my desk clerk that they didn’t accept chime Visa debit card. This is the second time they have done this despite me paying with the very card and telling them so. breakfast was always out of items, and they never took the time to refill items. Continues to decline in service and was deeply disappointed with poor customer service and disputes over whether a Visa card is accepted because of the bank it comes from. I never heard of any place not accepting a visa because it was from a certain bank. Staff spent most of their time smoking out front of the building.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. However, the mattresses and pillows were very soft and woke up with a sore back. The location is convenient to restaurants and the interstate. Based on a not so restful night's sleep, not sure I would stay at this hotel again.

Terrible service

We checked in, went to our room, unloaded our luggage and found out the toilet did not work. A maid came to the room and she tried to fix it. It was broken. She told us that we would get a new room. My husband went up to get the new room and Alex laughed at him and proceeded to take four other customers. He told her we had a reservation that we couldn’t be late for. We checked in an hour and a half early and we had to leave. Why we weren’t taken care of is beyond me. So we left, called Hotels.com to get a refund and that wasn’t taken properly as we found out the next day. We want a FULL refund. This was the worst customer service we’ve ever encountered.

Our go to hotel

We have been staying here for the last 17 years when we come to visit family. The bed is so comfortable! We always sleep well. The hotel has been remodeled, since we were last there, and they did a great job. The employees are friendly and provide great service.
