Check in was AWFUL. Check in time was 4pm, we arrived at 7pm to a lobby full of people waiting because none of the rooms were ready. 3 hours after official check in time. The woman behind the desk was rude and chose to hide in the office eating instead of answering questions or apologize for the delay. She was very dismissive of the situation and didn’t apologize even once. Horrible experience!! The room, however was lovely and clean and the bed incredibly comfortable. With the exception of the check in process, the remainder of the stay was enjoyable.

I loved the modern design of the rooms. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating. The air conditioner was very loud!! and outside partiers and cars could be heard quite easily. This was a super convenient hotel to stay at since I had business at the courthouse 1/2 block away.

Don’t cry over spilled water

Staff was friendly, location was great. honestly, everything was amazing except when it rained hard, water leaked in through the AC unit. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Was great for our one night stay. Location is perfect to walk 15mins to Ford Field or any restaurants close by. The room and bedding was clean. We did the $30 overnight parking in the lot behind the hotel, but the hotel does offer $40 for valet parking.

Front desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly. Beds were super comfy! Service a little slow in bar/restaurant but they were short staffed and doing best they could. Definitely recommend

It was ok for a one night stay. I think the room price didn't align with the actual room. The sofa sleeper in the room was very worn out and dated. Really the property was just ok, the elevators were getting stuck. The area was safe and an easy walk from the little ceasers arena.
