"Awesome, courteous, helpful and respectful staff."

" Staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was clean and beautiful. There were a few minor issues, such as some chipped paint in the bathroom, and this time the bed was smaller than during my previous stay, which may be due to the fact that I indicated I would be staying alone instead of with a plus one. I would have preferred liquid body wash rather than the soap bar provided during both stays, especially since bar soap can be difficult to share when there are two guests. I also wish that at least one bottle of water were complimentary — my options were either tap water from the bathroom or purchasing a bottle. That said, if you bring your own toiletries and water (or be willing to purchase), you will likely have no complaints. It’s a lovely, clean, and spacious property with thoughtful touches like cute towels , bath robes, two shower heads, and diffusers, and I do intend to visit again. I love going to Nordik Spa, and the location is perfect — very close by and easy to walk to if you don’t drive. It’s also close to Ottawa and nearby stores, making it easy to walk or find affordable transportation."

"I enjoyed the room , bed was quite comfortable. It was easy walking to byward to check out all the Christmas celebrations going on in the market. The food and beverages at the restaraunt in the hotel were great as was my bartender Ariel. "

"The staff were great, room was clean and spacious. Good rate, I think because renos are ongoing, but I have stayed in premises being renovated before and have to say the impact on the cleanliness of halls etc was nil and even where workers were working in stairwell - very low impact. Nice bar downstairs. Looks like it is well set up for conventions or workshops"
