Nothing about this hotel is ok, clean or working. Do not stay here. The only positive was staff was kind and respectful. Other than that the hotel should be condemned.

We found cockroaches in our room and mold all over the bathroom, so we left immediately and canceled our stay a couple hours after checking in. A month later, the general manager still refuses to give us a refund. Expedia will not allow us to post pictures of the disgusting state of the room. Do not book here.

Not very clean! There was a live cockroach in the bathroom when we checked in. We killed it and the next morning another cockroach was crawling out of the sink. There was hair and stains still in the bathtub. I'm only hoping the sheets were changed. The entrance to the back parking lot was a dirt road with huge potholes you needed to try to avoid. "Staff, however, was very friendly.

The breakfast, pool, hot tub and staff service were all amazing! There were quite a few tire rupturing potholes around the property and difficult to navigate in the dark. Overall fantastic experience- would go again:)

I’ve never had a worse hotel stay in my life. I fully expect a full refund. Extremely noisy all day long with saws and other power tools. The water would shut off after soaping in the shower before I had to go to work. Loud banging outside the window in a slightly windy condition. Went behind the microwave to plug in my laptop and found what I believe to be items used for someone to commit suicide. Not making any of this up. Absolutely unbelievable. I’m sorry for anyone who makes the mistake of staying at this location. Wow. I seriously can’t even believe that I went through that.
