Parking was across thw street, which was not very convenient. Room was not ready at check in time and it looked like it wasn't cleaned well, if at all. Room was not restocked with toilet paper, garbage bags or paper towels i had to go get them.

The property is great. Our room however hadn't been really cleaned. Floors were dirty and the bedding had been used. I went to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room and was told that there where none available but she would have housekeeping come up and clean it. By midnight (over 7 hours later) when we got back it still wasn't done. Went back to the front desk and another worker gave me clean bedding to use. Not a great first stay which will now be our last stay.

Some issues but worth another try

Beautiful hotel, great location. There was a lack of housekeeping staff so we had a delay getting into our room. There was no extra toilet paper in the room. It looked like other staff. We’re doing the housekeeping duties for the most part.

Liked: Conveniently located to Canal Park and the Lift Bridge. Many restaurants nearby that we can walk to. Our room was spacious and modern. We had a room with no windows. Not sure we liked that. It felt a bit claustrophobic not knowing if was daytime or night time, sunny or rainy.

We arrived a little early, but the front desk locked our bags in a secured room. We went to Old Chicago (attached to the hotel) had a beverage and got a call when the suite was ready. The room was so clean and had everything we needed (did have to go to the front desk for caffeinated coffee pods for the room but easy enough). Close to all the shopping, parking was easy too. I highly recommend!!

We read the reviews, and wondered what we were in for.. Happy to report.. our 2 room suite was great! Clean rooms, spacious and quiet. King beds in both and 2 bathrooms. Loved the tall ceilings and warehouse look. We had a great view of the Lake from our 4th floor windows. Great morning breakfat as well. The only reason I rated you a four, our room wasn't ready at check-in, 20 min late. No room darkening shades, all the outside lights kept the room bright. All in all, we loved the property and will stay again.

Family trip

Staff were helpful and pleasant when we needed things. We had a suite which was had two bedrooms and had a full sized fridge and kitchenette. Great for a family, except that there was one small couch and a table with only 2 chairs. Another comfortable chair in the big bedroom or living room is needed. There was only one garbage can in the whole suite and no recycling container.
