"I tend to stay at this hotel when I am in Salmon Arm. It is clean enough and as Salmon Arm is not that big a place it is close to most all I use during my trip. The first thing that happened this time though is that they tried to put me into an occupied room. I had made the reservation days before. Then for the duration of my stay, 4 nights, not once was my room cleaned. I am not a messy person so it was not a major inconvenience, but after as many hotels that I have spent time in one notices such things. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I slept well and after all, that is what one should expect from a discount hotel."

"An older property but very well maintained. Facilities were spotless and the room we had was quite spacious and comfortable. Cost was very reasonable so we were pleased with what we had for an overnight stay."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — the hot water, A/C, and heat all worked perfectly. I especially appreciated the Keurig coffee maker, plenty of outlets for charging devices, and the strong Wi-Fi. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The balcony was a real highlight, with chairs and a beautiful view of the nearby hills and mountains. The property itself is surrounded by peaceful fields of grass and trees, creating a scenic atmosphere. The staff really made the experience special — the uncle and nephew who run the place are friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeper was warm and kind. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, hospitality, and some beautiful nature. Highly recommend!"

"From Julie at the front desk, to Jen in the restaurant, we found Salmon Arm Hilltop to be a really enjoyable stay. The place was tip top shape, and everyone did their utmost to make us feel welcome and totally cared for. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. They were so kind, friendly, and just really lovely people. Our room was huge, and we sure appreciated the kitchenette with Keurig. It was totally clean and the food downstairs was delicious. We got both breakfast and dinner. Jen was adorable and so much fun! It was off season so much slower than usual and we caught nice weather for a mini vacay just to get away. You can trust that Hilltop is a solid option. Not a single complaint. Only positive things to say. "
