The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport but not noisy. The breakfast selection was good with ample place to sit. We never had an issue finding a table. The only criticism would be the charge for the bus shuttle to the airport.

Very convenient to go to the airport next morning! The ladies were so helpful and so kind! I will definitely stay there again so close to the airport even when you need to pay for the shuttle to take you it was worth it!

Very convenient location with a great shuttle to and from the airport. This hotel is fine, but I recommend ear plugs. Sound carries and it is loud, especially from the hallways. Noise through the room walls too. With earplugs, I slept well.

Had a very unfortunate event during our stay in Edinburgh because my friend had an accident. Staff were so helpful and reassuring while I tried to sort out an emergency flight back home. They were knowledgeable about the area and in the city. Very friendly and nice hotel.
