"On your website for this hotel, you brag that they actually have a game room, but that’s just part of the casino not like video games. You also brag that there is a gym there is no gym, and there is no pool, a nice hotel but if you don’t gamble, you may get pretty bored staying here. The breakfast is nice. I was looking for real authentic Mexican food, and the dinners was very limited. We didn’t even see any fish or rice, which is a staple all in all I didn’t regret staying here."

"It was a unique experience. The check in was the most uncomfortable of the stay. While every staff member was amazing, the person who checked us in was ready to go home. Rude , no eye contact, just rushing the entire situation. I understand if he is overwhelmed over worked but bad service to have him upfront while he is not giving good service. It made me feel not valued and just not a good start to vacation. Due to the weather we lost power and water for some time. Reason we decided to check out one day earlier on one room. They literally did not even hear us out at all and said no no no to any type of refund shoot even offer some drinks. Anything but the attitude. Another rude employee during check out. Thank you for expedia that did their best to try to assist us. Instead of rejection right away. Allowing the manager to speak to us would have been more appropriate"
