Come relax at EVL Pines, a stunning and comfortable Ellicottville townhome with private nature park with mountain views. Perfectly located, 0.7 miles to town! Walk to shops, dining, entertainment & trails. EVL Pines is a welcoming space that can comfortably sleep 7 guests. You'll love the layout of the cozy, fully stocked, beautiful kitchen which opens into the dining room, and flows naturally into the family room that features a fireplace, smart TV, and comfortable couches and a half bath.

There are 3 bedrooms located on the second floor of the townhome, with an updated full bathroom for guests. Two private bedrooms offer welcoming queen beds, while all beds have soft bedding and pillows for guests. The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, which is an amazing room for kids or adults to rest or watch TV in private. The large primary bedroom is located down the hall from the other two bedrooms, which is added privacy. Families traveling with dogs, small children and babies are welcome, a pack-and-play and high chair are located onsite for your little one.

There is a large front deck and large back deck that can accommodate all guests to spread-out and unwind. Use the grill and fire pit while relaxing and soaking in the views of Ellicottville hills and Ellicottville park, after a fun filled day enjoying everything Ellicottville has to offer.

A secluded nature park and various athletic fields are only steps away from the back deck. Explore Holiday Valley & HoliMont Ski Club with family & friends, both are a stones throw away. Our updated, modern 3 Bedroom, 1.5 bath home is a place where guests, year round can unwind & make lasting memories in the heart of Ellicottville.

EVL Pines is perfectly located, as it is less than a mile from downtown Ellicottville (walkable - 0.7 miles from town center or a 1 minute drive), a quick 2-5 minute drive to Holiday Valley Resort and HoliMont Ski Club for all seasons attractions.

If you like to go skiing, snowboarding, tubing, ziplining, hiking, dining, shopping, mountain biking, ropes course, EVL nightlife or any/all other adventures, they are just short walk or a few minute drive away.

Park your cars for free in our two designated spots located right in front of the home. Explore the beautiful Nannem Arboretum Nature Park is 0.1 miles away and create memories and have fun at the EVL Town Park that backs directly up to the property. Enjoy the Public Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball courts, large Playground, Pavilions, Baseball and Soccer fields along with the large Dog Park for your four legged family members to run and play. (All sports equipment is located onsite for guest to use and enjoy)

In addition, there is a Tops Supermarket and gas station conveniently located a 1 minute drive away. A Bowling Alley, Arcade and Pizza place are within walking distance, 0.3 miles down a safe, secluded road, a 1 minute walk.

The home was conveniently located to many local spots and is in a very great location. My only wish is that for a 100 cleaning fee it actually be clean when arriving. The microwave had dirty food hand prints on them, the mirrors were dirty ,and cob webs were hanging in bedrooms. As an employee of a cleaning company I just expected more for a 100 cleaning fee. Overall the place was comfortable and very conveniently located.

The property wasn’t very clean at all. Wouldn’t even use the toaster oven because it was dirty, had to wash the coffee pot and components before using and then the coffee pot didn’t even work and the owner did not provide a new one. Location was great though

Clean, warm, well appointed, with comfortable beds. Took a ski trip with friends and my teenage son, and we had plenty of space for the four of us. The location was great near the center of Ellicottville. We were going to Bonnie's family weekend so a closer spot would've been better for us. It's a perfect place to cozy up for winter fun! A few negatives. Hairs in tub and sink, dusty corners. No batteries for remote upstairs.

Check in process was smooth and host even provides a detailed summary of recommended bars, entertainment, and dining options. Vicinity to downtown strip and Holiday Valley make this a nice options for those traveling to town.

Too Cozy

Did not realize it was a townhouse from photos as well as the description. DIning area would have better if the over-large elevated island would have been replaced with an actual table that chairs that could slide under. Could not use it. The main sofa in the living area was too low to the ground and sagged. (We are all average size and weight people). The grill was dirty and we did not trust it. THere was no table or seating on the back porch as was indicated in the photos.. Would have been nice to watch the eclipse (we went elsewhere to view the eclipse). THe kitchen was another matter entirely. Way too many dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans; where most were dirty or dusty and were just thrown into the cupboards or drawers. I kringed in using any of it or the pans. (I washed some so we could use them). I chose two pans that were not as misused or dirty. The toaster oven was greasy and appeared to not have been cleaned for quite some time (I did try to clean it up so we could use it). THere was no dishwasher detergent either. The towels for the bathrooms and kitchen all had an odd odor and no means to clean them. And lastly, the carpets were filthy with stains and had not been vacuumed for quite some time. Did we enjoy our stay for three nights at the rate we were charged as well as that cleaning fee?? You decide.
