Room 228 two queen beds was dirty and had a strong smell to it. I noticed the sheets and pillow cases were not clean on at least one of the beds. There were pubic hairs in and on the sheets. The Jacuzzi didn't work at all for us during our stay it was COLD and not heated as advertised. Staff was not helpful.

**Rating: 1 Star (Awful Experience) ** My daughter and I stayed here for a dance competition, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. Upon entering our room, before even setting our bags down, my daughter sensed something was off. She was right. The bed sheets were visibly dirty, and to our horror, **we found bed bugs**. One was crawling on the corner of the bed, and there were shell casings on top of the comforter. We immediately went to the front desk to report the issue and request a new room. They had no rooms available and suggested we drive **an additional 25 minutes** to another hotel, after we had already driven 2.5 hours to get there. Thankfully, another dance family let us stay with them, though it was a reluctant arrangement and far from ideal. Neither of us slept that night. My daughter was exhausted for her competition, and we’re **still waiting on a refund**. To make matters worse, I was charged **$50 for a late checkout**, from a room we never stayed in. This experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families traveling for important events.
