Hosted thanksgiving with my family and the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and utensils to be helpful. Glassware was available so the wine drinkers were happy. There was some preexisting cosmetic items that I was worried we would be blamed for. That wasn't the case so huge load of my mind. Only 2 negatives: dryer didn't seem to want to dry properly and the TP was 1 ply. Overall, great place to stay and would choose this location again!

Wonderful place to stay at with your family ! The house was very clean , comfy beds , neighborhood was so nice, and it was close to many places . The bonus was the pool table we enjoyed with the family! We had everything we needed. Host responded right away when I had a question ! We took a drive to Williams and rode the Train to the Grand Canyon and visited down town Flagstaff! Everything was about 20-35 min away . We would gladly stay here again !

Beautiful Location, Cheap House

Host was very kind and accomodating! Beautiful location. Comfortable house with plenty of room. Only stayed one night. Just noted the overall construction of the house is poor and cheaply made. Also needs a good clean.

NAU Graduation / family reunion

We took the opportunity of our daughter’s graduation to get as many family members together in beautiful Flagstaff. We had a wonderful visit! This home was the perfect backdrop for different generations to hangout. The backyard is beautiful with the trees and chairs, the lighting on patio at night was lovely! The entertaining space and kitchen awesome and plenty of in the bedrooms! Thank you.

Very close to NAU!

Three of my kids and I drove up from Chandler to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. She attends NAU but we all spent the day hanging out and then all 5 of us stayed at the house overnight after dinner. The neighborhood was quiet and super convenient to everything! House was clean and I slept like a rock in the master bedroom. We all had fun playing pool too! Great stay for a quick overnight visit!

Easy and Smooth Stay

I highly recommend this house for a stay in Flagstaff. The property was very clean and homey, and checking in and out was smooth. The owner made our stay super easy. She was easy to contact and very communicative. This place is great for a vacation with friends and family!

Clean and comfortable

We were visiting Flagstaff for the first time attending a wedding of a close family friend. We always look for a VRBO rental when we travel and this home seemed to be a perfect fit. Everything about the visit went very well. The host communicated well in advance of our stay and all went exceedingly smoothly. In fact we give a 5 star rating due to an unfortunate circumstance that the host handled perfectly. We were fling out of Phoenix International - a good 2.5 hour drive from the property. I did my usual final check and out the door we went. Sadly when I arrived at the airport, I had forgotten my backpack with a number of super important items. I immediately reached out to the host, who assured me that they would ship my belongings as soon as they could. Which is exactly what they did. Very impressed by the priority they gave to sending me these very important items quickly. Thank you Renee!

Great Mountain Getaway

Great location close to everything. Near I-17 and 40 making it great for anything up north. Bearizona, Polar Express, NAU, tubing and or Snowbowl. Highly recommend.

Organized and In a Nice Neighborhood

This older home has been updated to have current decor. It is obvious that this host takes interest in making the guests feel at home. There was plenty of hot water for 4 of us to shower, even when running the washer, and the towels were well stocked in the upstairs linen closet. A wide variety of snacks was provided along with brochures of things to do near the area. Everything was labeled from the light switches to the kitchen cabinets and drawers with all information needed about our stay posted at the front door. A large first aid kit was provided as well as toothbrushes and even travel shaving kits. The outdoor lights are motion activated. I loved coming in at night to a well lit drive and front door. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. There were a couple of things that I messaged the host about, and she was quick to respond in a timely manner.

Great Experience

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. Renee was an amazing and attentive host. She was very communicative throughout our booking process until the end of our stay. The property was very clean and well kept. I loved how everything was labeled to make it easy to find. We will definitely stay at Renee’s property again.
