The area is also full of shops, bars, restaurants and cafés, so you can enjoy typical Tuscan cuisine during your stay. In addition, there is a good connection to public transport, with several bus lines connecting the flat with the rest of the city.

INTERIOR

Sole Attic View is a property literally flooded with natural light thanks to the numerous windows that look out 360° throughout the house. The flat offers a stunning view of the city's main monuments from practically every angle and corner of the house. Sole Attic with View is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a modern and comfortable base from which to explore Florence. The location is superb, with spectacular views over the city and all the necessary amenities to make your stay unforgettable.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious and modern living room, equipped with a double sofa bed, armchair, flat-screen TV and a coffee table with stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed to prepare meals, including a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer. The double bedroom is one and has all the necessary wardrobe space with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. A small mezzanine is also available for use as additional loft space. In the sleeping area there is a completely renovated private bathroom with shower and bidet, equipped with hairdryer. There are also a number of additional services included in the flat, such as Wi-Fi, a washing machine and air conditioning in all rooms.
