Awesome breakfast buffet and the staff were very helpful. The room we had was very nice, except that the internet would not work. They moved us to another room the second night but it was not nearly as nice as the original room we booked. Very convenient location and y9u were within walling distance to all the attractions and shopping.

Location is excellent: less than five minute walk to Punta Vecchio. Directly adjacent to the Arno river. Walk across the river and you are on your way to Michelangelo Plaza for insane views of il duomo

Luxury and convenience

Hotel was very comfortable and accommodating. Staff gave us recommendations for delicious restaurants. Rain shower was relaxing and much needed for cooling down after a hot Italian day of sightseeing. Our breakfast was also included as part of our stay. It was the perfect start to our day. Walking distance to all the major sites we had on our agenda. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Florence.
