Staff was very accommodating and eager to help & give recommendations. I cannot praise them enough! The room was extremely clean & had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or bar but hopefully, once construction is completed, it’ll be an added amenity to look forward to on our future stay. Location was perfect. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the train station and maybe 15 minutes from the local attractions. I highly recommend staying at Teatro Luxury Apartments and cannot wait to be back!

Visually beautiful & spacious but not a great stay

Very disorganized. Check in starts at 3pm for guests. We happened to arrive at 6pm and somehow our room wasn't ready. We sat in the waiting area for about a half hour before deciding to leave our bags at the desk and go get some dinner. By the time we came back (around 8:30pm), the room still wasn't ready and no one could tell us why. We had a long day of travel and desperately wanted to be settled in our room. Finally, around 9pm, they provided us with a room. Another seemingly minor (but important to us) issue was that the coffee machine was broken which we didn't discover until the next morning (you know, right when we NEEDED coffee) and it wasn't replaced by management until the next day. Also, all of the doors are incredibly hard to open. We aren't weak people - there must actually be something wrong with the way the are installed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable (super firm) but I can see how that is a individual complaint that others may find no issue with. Lastly, it's tucked away from pretty much everything interesting in town so there is a bit of a walk whenever you want to do something (food, shopping, sight seeing).

Top notch staff, beautiful, great location

The apartment was beautiful and I only have 2 comments. They could have explained how the lighting worked in the room. Lots of wonderful lighting just almost took a week to figure it out. Construction still going on and sometimes it would wake me up at 7:30. But the staff is top notch.

Amazing hotel with kitchen modern facility, fast internet and very clean facility in the center of Florence .The hotel is locatted near by for all tourist attruction ,transport, restaurant and other places. El departamento es muy bonito. Poco equipada la cocina en cuestiones de bazar, y podrían proporcionar los productos básicos para cocinar: sal, pimienta, aceite... Nuestro principal problema fue que la publicación informaba que el hotel brindaba servicios de gimnasio, Spa, restaurante y terraza, pero nada de eso fue inaugurado todavía. El precio del alojamiento es solo por el departamento.
