Everything in the hotel was fine. The room was excellent. Shower was great. Air con in the room was amazing in 37 degree heat. Only slight downside was it’s a 10 minute walk to most places to eat.

I had a great stay! Room was clean and very well decorated. I really loved the design. There are multiple lounge locations on the property including roof top, cafe and bars. I would suggest not getting the provided breakfast it was very skimp but the cafe has better options. There a restaurant directly adjacent to the hotel, very good for dinner but make a reservation. Overall the location is very walkable 10-15 minutes to main attractions, restaurants, cafes! Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful! Would 100% stay again!

Maybe the best, most hospitable, capable, and truly guest focused staff of any hotel at which I've ever stayed. Having been all over the world, a lot, Iit's a big compliment but it's 100% true. The hotel is a great value, too!

Fabulous stay in a gorgeous hote

Had a glorious stay at The Hoxton Florence. Absolutely superb hotel, amazing staff, beautiful architecture and interiors. The bar and restaurant were both fabulous. And very well connected. 2 minute walk from the tram to the airport, and a short walk to the centre of town. Cannot recommend enough!

Catarina at the front desk was so lovely. Loved having Wild Buns in the lobby bar. In the heat the walk to the attractions was rough, but the hotel itself is nice.
