Overall great location & staff, but on the 9th floor it took 9 to 11 minutes to get hot water to come all the way up to our top floor room. For $300/night I expect better than this.

Wish the extra amenities were a little less expensive. We already pay so much for everything else the least they can offer is free parking as opposed to charging per night. Same with cafeteria i got a small amount of stuff and paid almost 100$
