We loved our stay here! The buses to and from universal were so convenient so we just had to pay for an Uber to and from the airport. This hotel has a Starbucks, a cafe where you can order food and packaged items like cereal and drinks, and they have their own universal store where you can get many of the items and promotional items they have in the parks. (They even still have the Bunty interactive wands other stores ran out of). Everyone was kind and accommodating to us! Rooms were clean!

Not very handicapped friendly otherwise great

There needs to be a bench for disabled people to sit during the check in process if it's going to take 30+ to get checked in. The standing for that long did my back in and I could barely move the rest of the evening.

We had a nice stay. The food was excellent, and the staff, great. For a Loews property, I’d want a softer sheet set for the bedding.

great if you want to be near the parks

Great hotel if you want to stay close to the universal parks - the shuttle service worked well. The food was good at the hotel restaurant. Be aware if you want to be in the room more it might not be the hotel for you - its a very simple room bed, bath, tv nothing fancy. Pool was nice but simple.

Fantastic hotel and staff

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a fantastic holiday and the shuttle buses are so convenient.
