Cute room with a well appointed kitchen. The location was amazing: 90 second stroll to beach and fishing pier. Pool and courtyard were serviceably cute. The only issue was with the door locks tumbler: it often took 30 seconds to jigger the key to fit. On one occasion it took minutes. A property that had an on site office and staff would have handled that same day. It took a few days. But once replaced the issue was fine. Still pleasant 2 week experience

I never ran into staff but when I had a question It was responded to on phone or text in a reasonable amount of time. All the amenities were perfect for a couple people and a couple visitors Maybe because I never been there the lighting in parking lot could have had more. Pool was a little dirty at the bottom. The location was perfect for eating and little shops and close walk to beach. All in all I had no issues. Thank you!

We absolutely Loved our stay here!! It was clean, roomy, location was perfect!! The staff was helpful at All hours by text. I could had called but i prefer to text. 😊 I have a kid going to college near by this property so we plan on coming back VERY soon!!

Unfortunately not up to standard. 1. No useful information in room so we had to find our own way on navigating some of the basics, such as operating TV, using washing machine etc, leaving keys at end of stay. A simple information sheet would help immensely and not cost a lot 2. WiFi - had to ask for this to be fixed for several days. Really poor WiFi connection. 3. Tv remotes were broken - there were 3 in our unit that didn’t work consistently. It took 3 days and several emails for a new one to be provided. 4. The Sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing ever! Very hard and worn, woefully inadequate for one nights stay never mind several. 5. Contact from management was non existent - I emailed a few times but did not get even an acknowledgment from them- there was zero concern for our terrible experience. The customer service reps respond in a timely manner but just pass info on so progress was very slow in responding to my problems. 6. We saw maintenance person once on site during a 2 week stay, which explains my next point: 7. The accommodation appears grubby, shabby and generally neglected. The pictures on the various websites are definitely not an accurate representation of its current state. Misleading and false. 9. Information provided on websites and by customer service is not accurate - for example the cost of washing machines and driers is $2 not $1.75 and they’re not coin operated as stated. Positives include: Location Kitchen well equipped

I stayed with Lowkl for 2 weeks! It wasn't hot enough for the pool, however, it was in close proximity to the beach which was lovely. I will be coming back!

Third time we stay here, and this time we got a room that seems to be renovated, and cleaning was on point. I love it here because of the location, that’s is impeccable! And seeing them improving the the rooms is very exciting!

Nice, Clean, if you need a pak and play beware

Overall, it’s an inexpensive nice place to stay. The 1 bedroom suite was clean, the bedroom has no official door but a sliding fabric/plastic folding door that was half ripped prior to our arrival. Don’t get there late at night after a long day with travel, if something isn’t okay, you’re out of luck. For families with little kids, you may be inconvenienced if you need a pak and play from this company. I had reached out to them 10 weeks prior our stay and a few days before and confirmed we would have a pak in play in our room when we first got in, which was around 10:45pm. With exhausted kids, there was no PAK and Play, called the property service team, spoke with Leah who was also someone I spoke with prior to our arrival via email, and she was unable to get ahold of anyone to help. We had to call to follow up the next day after no pak in play to continue to request this after a night of absolutely no sleep. If I knew there wasn’t going to be a pak and play or this is an item hard to get to your room, we would have easily stayed somewhere else. But I spoke with them and confirmed this wouldn’t be a problem, and it was. It was also too late to purchase one since Walmart and target both close at 11pm. There was a man who checked in a few days later and couldn’t get into his room, the keypad wouldn’t work and he was on the phone for a long time trying to get this resolved.

I appreciated the clear instructions and text updates throughout the process. I even messaged them about the AC remote, and they responded quickly, though I still couldn’t find it. The TV doesn’t offer any content unless you log into your own streaming account. There was no soap in the bathroom, and they ask you to take the trash out which is inconvenient and unusual. However, the place was neat, well-decorated, and overall, I enjoyed the experience.

Great location to everything

The door code wouldn’t allow us into the room. We tried multiple times took a bit for management to get back with us. The instructions that were sent were not the instructions of the keypad that we had. Thankfully, you were on vacation in Florida. It was warm. It was about a 40 minute start to finish before we actually got in. Other than that the stay was fantastic.

Issues with low battery in lock system prevented us from entering unit upon arrival. One light bulb burnt out in unit. No oven mitts to remove things from oven. Not enough towels for the week. People parking in our spot all the time. Toilet would not shot off for a long time. Pool too cold to swim in.

Not impressed

The lickbox would not open. We couldn't get in for an hour after flying in, getting a car and needing a bathroom. We finally got in and the place was nice and a perfect location right across from the beach. It was mostly clean. First night was chilly and not enough warm blankets. We went in the shower the next day and the very heavy handle fell off immediately and fell on my 5 year old grandaughter's foot. When I reported to the management, they said someone would come soon. They did not. When I sent another message, they apologized and did send blankets, but did not fix the shower handle and left the door unlocked. They were supposed to have someone call me, but that never happened.

Location, location, location

Well it started out a bit rough but their customer service is excellent. We were transferred into another apartment and enjoyed our stay. So nice to be able to take a very short walk to the beach. The pool was clean and refreshing. The area is beautiful.
