Service, service, service! This hotel is a hidden gem! The service is excellent, I really appreciated staff members Kadeem and Whitney. Rooms are clean and spacious. Housekeeping does a great job. Breakfast is wonderful, fruit and eggs and pastries, along with cheeses and meats. A much better establishment than expected. I would highly recommend and return.

Horrible service

This hotel is too pricey in charge for everything and they are having construction done and remodeling all ends at the hotel noise everywhere dust it’s ridiculous. It should state this issue on the website 9 AM and the construction crew start to work can you imagine noise on the top side in the bottom of your hotel room that you’re paying over $200 for per night and the only thing that the supervisor can offer me was to waive the $29 parking fee per night in the reservation fee I packed up and left

Horrible experience would not recommend stay closer to the beach the Wyndham hotel ! This for the money is a rip off ! Elevator broken, pool and hot tub filthy disgusting! Bugs in the room, no safe in the room !

The room was very comfortable and the hot breakfast was pretty good. Staff was nice. I left something of value and important in my room after I left. They called me when they found it and I was able to return to get it. Honest people.

It really sucks because online it looks like a nice quiet place. The customer service here is very poor. The vending machines are full of expired food. Only 1 functional elevator. No accommodation for early or late check out regardless if they are in the wrong. The staff creates unsafe walking conditions by spraying water all over the stairs and walkways during the day. Also with the ongoing renovations there are also trip hazards from pieces of concrete throughout the parking lot. The hotel will also charge your card for unexplainable reasons without notification. The manager takes no accountability cause he pushes any issues or conflicts off on the front desk attendants. I was here for 4 days/3 nights and it was a big mistake! Take your hard earned money else where people. Overall there was one nice attendant, but he can only attempt to do what is above his means. Kareem was great.
