Dirty, pool isn’t heated as advertised. Furniture is missing that was pictured on the website. Grime in the showers. No room freshening unless you want to pay $150/cleaning, which includes no changing your trash, fresh towels, or bed making. It’s all fun and games this way unless you have a room with dirty diapers stacking up. If you want a VRBO type experience at what they call a hotel, book this place. They also will not do anything to provide a locking latch on your room, even if you request it. Avoid this place. The ONLY good from this stay is the location and that the hot water in the showers is a plenty.

My room Had few issues The door nob on a washing machine closet fell off The smell of the room smelled like spices. They tried to fix it but when you entered the room it still had a smell When I shower the door wasn’t sealed so the entire water leaked into my room The train is supper loud at night. Flow Hotel never disappoints. Another fantastic stay from start to finish. The rooms are modern and spotless, the staff is always friendly and attentive, and the whole vibe is relaxed and welcoming. Every time I’m here it feels effortless and consistent. Highly recommend.

Hotel room spelled like cat urine. Asked for it to be cleaned. Didn’t help. Front desk moved me to another room that was nicer in appearance this hotel doesn’t disclose it is right next to train tracks and it’s loud. After 20 mins I told the front desk I wanted a refund. They said I needed to contact Expedia. I will. I want a full refund. Not a good business hotel from my perspective. I moved over to the quiet Hyatt who felt badly for me and took good care of me on rate.
