The host Josee was very responsive. We had a couple of minor questions during our one month stay. She always responded immediately. The apartment is spacious, updated and extremely comfortable. There were adequate supplies and dishes, silverware, glasses and cups. We particularly enjoyed the screened lanai, which was huge and very comfortable. This was an excellent apartment and a great host.

Work related stay at Deerfield Beach

The 2 BR/2BH condo is located in a quiet and safe complex. It is a close drive to I-95 and the beach. Publix, Aldi, and Target are nearby. There are various restaurant options that are driving distance from there. The apartment is immaculate and well decorated. The kitchen also has all the basic appliances to make a meal. The internet worked well and there are 2 TVs in the condo, one in the LR and another in the MBR. There is a very large closet in the MBR for keeping the suitcases, etc. The MBR also has a couch. The toilets, faucets and showers in the bathrooms worked very well and were very clean. There is a very nice patio. The owner responds to text messages very promptly and is very friendly. My colleague and I came to this area for work. We stayed there rather than in a hotel because we had more space and could get things done over the dining table. I recommend it for people visiting for work or pleasure.
