Not worth the cost, things in the room were broken before we even checked in. I’m waiting to find out if they try and charge me for it even though it was already like that. It’s also a contact-less hotel, which was not posted on the website I booked from- not very helpful. Pool closes at 5pm, plug-ins don’t work, and the AC u it’s ate loud. I won’t be staying again.

Love older motel/hotels ... was raised in one my Parents owned on P-cola Bch back in the 70s. Close to the beach, good food and entertainment. Aritha was awesome and so nice and helpful. I'll be back! Oh, the dolphin mural in the pool ... so cool!

GREAT location and friendly staff!

The staff were AMAZING! My husband and I had to disembark our cruise earlier than expected, and check in wasn't till 3. They allowed me to park in their lot (which is a 5 minute walk to the MOST BEAUTIFUL part of Fort Lauderdale Beach!) and even use their beach towels! The only hiccup I had was the shower. I'm a huge germaphobe, and there was a transparent non slip mat in the shower, and you could see mold and gunk forming beneath it. Other than that, everything was just fine!

Th property from first blush looked quaint and outfitted with a kitchen and in a good location across the street from the beach. The Beach part was truly the best quality of the experience. Upon arriving, we entered a bare bones renovated room with no stove top or oven as listed in the amenities. On site management explained when they took over 2 months ago fire inspectors made them take out source of ignition because there is no sprinkler system in the vintage building. Great, I can respect that, but don’t sell me a pricey suite with a kitchen when none exists, and that we planned on utilizing. The room was spartan but clean. Polite lady willing to work with you, but i caution on the veracity of the photos.

Building is well kept and the room was pristine. The access/ check in and out was smooth. The AC and refrigerator were not working and were not repaired when reported, yet we were moved to another room later the same day which was comfortable and everything was working. I would visit again!

We love small boutique motels. This one is very clean and the staff is amazing. If you’re looking for frills this might not be for you. It has everything you need and nothing you don’t! Right across street from beach. Really nice outside bar up the street a few blocks where the boats are. Only con is the lack of restaurants. There are some grab and go places but otherwise you’re stuck with hotel restaurants. Still, I would recommend Sea Beach Plaza!
