No complaints but the ice machine on our floor did not work all five days. There is no microwave in the room but there is one in the hotel. The staff is super accommodating and I appreciated that so much. We door dashed and there are some really good places in the area.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of the hotel staffs. I want to recognize FIDEL , the front desk staff who handle our concern professinally. The cleaning staff, especially the woman who cleaned our room. Amazing pool and delicious food. I will book here when i return to fort lauderdale.

We stayed at the Westin for 4 nights as part of a work trip to the area. Its proximity to the highway was convenient and the hotel was in great condition. There is a Starbucks cafes in the lobby and a drive through just at the edge of the parking lot. We were able to enjoy the pool and gym during our stay as well. We have booked this again in an upcoming trip.

Property was great and clean. Rooms were done and staff was friendly. Now the Bar service was good but on the last night and elderly man at the bar was not pleasant to customers, he claimed it wasnt his area but he stayed there for 2 good hours, he was handling and fixing or cleaning bottles. When we ordered drinks he said that other customers wanted the same not only us..it changed the whole vibe on that evening for us. We addressed this to the front desk but they didn't seem to care much. We ended up having drinks and food outside that Sunday.
