Stayed at this particular Hampton because of the indoor pool only to find out it was not open at the time. And the staff didn't do anything about it to make the experience any better. They just said it'll be ready at 5pm which was way past our check out time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is located directly across the street from the Fort Worth Convention Center, which was convenient for my husband to walk to the convention that he was attending. There are also several restaurants and small shops that are in walking distance. I felt safe walking around by myself with my toddler. The staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The room was very spacious and clean. Maintenance was very prompt when responding to a small issue we had with our room. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I have stayed there before, this time I visited to run the Cowtown marathon which is a large event. The event had issues with the shuttles back to hotel, we couldn’t control that, it was not easy to get uber/lyft to get out of event, I called the lobby to ask for support in extending check out at noon, and they denied, only allowimg me until 11:30 AM were not very friendly about it, i wish they would, we were many people having to walk from event, i could not even took shower as I was there 11:41 AM and could only got my things out. My only suggestion would be to be open to this events, I visit often DFW. The lady in fron desk told me to refer to additional costs of extending hours. I travel often to Austin, Dallas area and even other hotel chains for running events, and I have never been denied it, I don’t usually ask for it, since I usually stay another day, but I feel when you have large events in town, you should be a bit flexible for an hour.

Very disappointing stay.

Room appeared to be clean but wasn’t. Sheets were smelly and bed was uncomfortable. Tv didn’t work properly. 459$ for a room that we didn’t stay in. We checked in went to dinner and then when we came back to the room we decided to drive 2 hours in the middle of the night back to our home so that we could have fresh and clean sheet and a comfortable bed. What a waste of money.
