Cute house!

Cute house. Nicely decorated. Spacious. The master bedroom did not get a lot of air flow so it was hotter than the rest of the house. The neighborhood was older and not well maintained, but overall felt secure.

Clean and Beautiful House

My friends and I stayed here 2 nights, looking to spend some quality time together. We had a lot of fun playing board games both at the dining table and sprawled around in the living room. Overall, this house was the perfect fit for me and my friends. The beds were nice and spacious, and the two bathrooms were super convenient. We liked that all the common areas were in one big room. The house was super clean and organized. I liked that the host was quick and responsive with communication.

TCU Graduation weekend

Austin & Lauren are the best hosts and very responsive. This adorable home has everything you need for a comfortable & fun stay. A spacious back yard with 6’ fence for privacy - for kids or dogs to run -/ play. About 10 mins drive to TCU campus and close to lots of shopping and dining out -

Fantastic House

This is a really impressive house with everything you need to have a great stay. House is spacious, well appointed, very clean with 2 king beds and 2 twins. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. One note: the kitchen knives are really dull so if you plan to cook and need to slice, bring your favorite cutlery. Neighborhood is in different stages of development but is very quiet, and the fenced yard and closable gate provides any sense of security you might need. (There are also very good auto security lighting!). Host is very responsive and professional. We are going to be in the area again soon and if available, we will be returning!!

Highly recommend!

This property is in an older neighborhood that is neat, well-kept, and quiet. Close access to major roads, grocery stores, and all the Ft. Worth activities. Also easy access to Aledo and Weatherford. The house is lovely, well-stocked, and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The manager was very easy to deal with and very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We had 6 adults in town for a memorial service. The house was immaculate and very cozy-comfy beds! There is a gate at the driveway for added security. The owner was very nice and very easy to reach with super fast response time. Highly recommend !

Great property! Layout was perfect, enough seating for us all to sit We played cards around the table one night, so that was great. We wish there had been wine glasses. Luckily we brought coffee. Overall, we were very happy! We stay in homes to Fredericksburg all the time, so we know what works!

TCU Parents Weekend

We came to Ft. Worth for Parents Weekend at TCU. This home was perfect. Every event we went to was less than 20 minutes from the house. It was a great home for home base for the weekend activities. It was two couples. Each couple has their own King Bed and bathroom. Worked out great for the four of us.

Great spot

We absolutely loved our stay! Driving through the neighborhood on our way in had us a little skeptical as it was a little depressed. The house however was very recently updated with a good privacy fence surrounding it including the parking area with a gate that you could close. The neighborhood was very quiet and had no issues. The house was very clean and the host was very accommodating.

Wedding stay

The house had been remodeled and was located near our wedding activities. It fit our family's needs. The neighborhood was a little run down, but the owner had built a fence that we could park within and had security lights. The beds were comfortable and the towels fluffy.
