Expensive for what you actually get. Disappointing when a hotel as nice as this doesn’t even provide a bottle of water at check in or in the room to use with the coffee machine. Beautiful place but kind of expected more considering the price. No pool or hot tub which is kind of disappointing

The whole experience was a bit of a mess. Our first room seemed ok, but the outlets near the mirror didn’t work. I realized the cord running power to them wasn’t plugged in, so plugged it in. The power blew in our room and the outlets started smoking. So I called the front desk to move rooms. She said I’d need to come to the lobby and bring my ID to get new keys. No apology, no empathy, little kindness. So I went to the lobby, then packed up and moved. Found the hotel asst manager in the lobby, told her all of this. She asked if they could send something to the room or offer breakfast vouchers as an apology, I said vouchers would be great. Didn’t send them. In the new room, the toilet flushed, but you had to lift the tank to get it to refill. Told the same girl at the desk, she said that shouldn’t happen and they’d have it fixed. I expect more from a full service hotel in the way of service. The valet attendants and restaurant staff were terrific. Front desk and management were not very attentive to guest needs.

There was no valet help at all and no carts available when arrived. Staff outside was very unfriendly and no concern at all for the guest arriving and needed assistance with valet a with luggage and check in. It appeared they were told not to assist and to have no carts available, when several asked for at least a cart for self service because all were told no available bellman help with luggage or check in. No carts, no assistance and a charge of $60+ a night fee for parking! Very disappointing in Hilton service, not like any other Hilton I have ever stayed at! The room was very nice and the leadership event I attended was great!

Room was spotless, Front desk (Devin) inviting from initial contact. Not only inviting, (genuinely seem like he liked his job) friendly, helpful with tips and experiences about have to navigate the Forth Worth area. Educated on security in the downtown area, restaurants, bars, activities as well as their costs. Other front desk personal professional, friendly helpful with using the amenities of their property. Lobbies and lounges were beautiful, comfortable, clean, and inviting as well as the staff that upkept them. Very pleased. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We saw 3 cockroaches from Friday to Saturday . And we moved to another room on Saturday almost midnight going Sunday. Not even any discount was given to our room charges about these inconveniences except some snacks worth $27.

Courteous staff and great looking lobby. Fresh mops should be used, the lobby smelled like dirty diapers (soured mop smell). The staff was also so very informative, and we love that we can valet park. There was an issue with the escalator and the restrooms during the event we attended during our stay, hense the 4 starts instead of 5.
