(Only permitted outside the house.) A smoking fee of $1000 will be charged to your card if any evidence of smoking is found inside.
* No Shoes inside the property.
* No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
* No Extra/ Overnight Guests.
(Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
* Verification form is required to be filled out once reservation is confirmed. Guests must provide a photo ID as part of our verification steps

Check-in early was misleading

We received instructions about checking in early the day of the booking. I paid 50 extra to check in at 3, which was two hours early. I've never had a place where you've had check-in so late at 5pm! I was happy to be able to come in early but disappointed we had to pay for it to happen. We got there at 3:30 and there was someone else cleaning inside the apartment when I unlocked the door. She couldn't speak English so she called a man and woman to translate. I told them we had my five year old with us and we paid 50 to come early. We also had our two older dogs so we couldn't go anywhere. She said I could use the restroom but we needed to leave so that the cleaning lady could do her job. We left and sat at the convenient store down the street until 5pm. The booking manager, a completely different person, immediately called me after the incident had happened but we had nowhere to go at that point and she told me all she could do was to get me a refund. We missed going out to dinner because we had nowhere to put our dogs and we couldn't change. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Our check-out was 10am. Again, why was it so early? I won't stay here again because of the times.

Title is a lie

This property was dishonest about the description of the place you'll be staying. It is titled as a 2-bed / 2-bath and only has one bathroom. It was also very gross, a pipe in the bathroom was leaking something weird, doors were not closing fully, TV didn't work, and cracks in the ceiling. The next-door neighbor said the whole property had a cockroach infestation. Would not recommend staying here or any properties by this individual.
Bedroom door wouldn't close all the way.
