"This hotel is beautiful. There’s so many beautiful restaurants all around you. Their rooms are very small, but extremely clean. For the price this room definitely wasn’t worth it."

"Parking was the most inconvenient part as you had to walk around the building to get to the parking structure. Other than that the service was top notch, the room and overall hotel was very clean, and the location was prime."

"I felt bad wasting over 20 minutes of running water just to get lukewarm water for a quick shower. I called up the hotel housekeeping number to complain and was told to just wait for the warm water to come. Wasting a lot of water just for waiting for lukewarm water is a shame. I'm not sure if this problem is limited to my room (322) or is more widespread. I sent an email to Kyle Sprague to let him know of the issue. The aircondition is excellent and the room was clean.I would visit again."

He coordinated our room to be decorated for my wife's birthday along with flower arrangements to be placed in the room upon delivery, with the help of a great friendly staff, from the beginning of our stayand throughout.
