"I had a brief one night stay so I didn’t get a chance to use all the amenities. However the hot breakfast was decent and the hotel was in a great location close to restaurants and the trolley."

"So disappointed for the price. The parking fees change based on the night of arrival. I was “fortunate” enough to get the $65/night but I saw the Monday night charge was $70/night. The second night I used valet for the car they put the wrong ticket and it took ages to find the car. They charge a $40-60/ night amenities fee on top of all the fees in the booking. It was freezing when we stayed but even if we used the pool or the tiny gym I would not have found the charge worth it. Book parking in advance at one of the garages within a block or 2. Unless you have to stay in Gaslamp I would not recommend it. It’s good for partying and that’s about it. Really sad area to be honest with horrific smells. The rooms are fine and the cleaning staff 10/10. The furniture in the 2 queen/double room is way too big for the room size. You had to request a fridge if you want one. They waste space with a “beverage cooler” that absolutely does not cool beverages or work. The shower handle was broken. But if you need - the closet was massive. The walls seemed thick but the doors had a gap under and must have been very poor material because you could hear everything in the hall even just the ice machine. Unless you like wasting money on a place to sleep don’t bother."
