"The hotel was great and is in a good location. The only minus was our room did not have running AC for the first 2 nights. We brought it up to the staff during the first night before going to bed to where they “reset”the AC system. They said it was fixed however we immediately knew it wasn’t the case. The AC was not felt like in another room where my girlfriend’s parents were staying at in the same hotel. It was obvious there was a difference in room temperature. The next day we brought it up again to which they supplied us a fan until a professional can see what the issue was. Before the third night they were able to switch our rooms which is what we initially thought would be easier. They transported our luggage to the other room. Packing and unpacking again was a bummer, however I’m glad they were able to eventually come through and allow us to enjoy the rest of our stay as originally intended. That’s the only reason for the 4 star. If that wasn’t the case a 5 star would be very easily justified. Not a 3 star review since they did eventually fix the issue."
