Rita, who check me and is very nice person. She one of the reasons I keep coming back.
Booked on hotels.com yet would not honor the booking or the hotels.com gift card used to pay for the room...front desk was no help at all. An absolute joke.
Was very affordable for a one night stay. Hotel is maybe getting a little dated, but for the price point it was more than adequate. It was quiet, bed was comfortable. Shower water pressure was not great.
Second stay - same as last year: quiet, clean, pleasant - very good for a tighter budget.

At a good halfway point between Toronto and the Niagara region. Check-in was simple and staff were friendly. The room could have been cleaner; there was a stain on one of the towels and the shower curtain needed to be washed. The bed was fine.
The first room I checked into was not cleaned, there was garbage on the floor and poo stains in the toilet. Additionally on the ground level, the sliding doors did not lock. When I complained I got a different room I was kept awake for hours being able to vividly hear an argument from the room next to me. The next day I was woken up at 7:30 to vacuums, workers loudly speaking and them mowing the lawn outside. Also, workers were yelling and police had to come due to a problem with another unit in the hotel.
This 'Hotel' was ABSOLUTELY disgusting! My wife and I arrived and went up to the room, I believe 234 was the room number. We walked into the room and my wife had to use the washroom. It was gross. The mirror was filthy, the toilet was disgusting and there was makeup stains on the provided towels and cloths. We had to go out so we alerted the front desk. Which we had to actually go down to because although the man was sitting there, he was not answering the phone at all. he said he would have it cleaned before we return. We returned and the bathroom had not been cleaned. We went to the bed very disgusted only to find a dirty crusted sock in and amongst the bed sheets. We had to sleep and use our jackets as blankets and shirts over our heads because we used the black light and to no shock at all there were bodily fluids EVERYWHERE you could imagine. This is by far the grossest place we have ever had to stay. Not to mention the other guests there.1 was a drug dealer doing "Deals" off the balcony between 2 and 4 am, if we didn't live 2 hours away we would of left immediately!! We told the front desk the next morning and all he said was "Sorry" as if that would suffice. DON'T stay here unless you like the prostitution and drug scene.
