Escape to the country side with your loved one for a relaxing time in an updated century old farmhouse centrally located in the Niagara Region. Enjoy the serenity of having space to yourself and admire the stars as you relax in the hot-tub, admire a sunset over the river or unwind as you walk around the acres of land. Twenty Valley Wineries can be found in less than a 20 minute drive!
The property is centrally located in the Niagara Region and situated on 23 acres of land and bordered on one half by the Welland River. The house is set back from a regional road which is an exit off of the QEW, so getting here is very easy! The house is set a good distance apart from the outbuildings (chicken coop, barn and garage).
You'll have access to all of the house except the upstairs bathroom, the other bedrooms (3 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and the basement. You will have the entire house to yourself and the hot tub area offers privacy from the road and any neighbours.
