I arrive at 9pm and is a lot of noise u can hear from others rooms. When we woke up my kids eat the breakfast was very limited and then go to the pool it was dirty and the front seat guy always watching us. When I returned the keys at 11 he said in front of every body I can’t stay in the pool area he don’t have Ethic how to tack with customers I was so upset because he saw the kids inside the pool and he continued said I have to left the property like if we do something very bad. And that not finished here he send 2 more people to take me out from the pool when we are star change the cloths that really embarrassed the staff is not supposed do that when we pay 180 for a night they supposed call I in private and tell u what’s wrong. No kick me out like I’m delicuent.

This is by far the filthiest hotel I've ever stepped foot in. Our room was advertised as non smoking, yet the room reeked of cigarette smoke, dust and mildew. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were half empty, the sheets had YELLOW stains, there was no toilet paper and the 3rd floor elevator was not working properly.

The only caution I would share is to be aware of surroundings when in the parking lot. The hotel was well appointed, quiet and room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast needs to be improved, it’s below average. The carpet in the room feels dirty, but the sheets, bathroom and the furniture were clean. The front desk was responsive and quick, we needed a few more pillow and they brought it in 5min. It was a good stay overall.
