Things are fine - this is a very decent place for the price. Spacious, seems clean. Breakfast is adequate - tiny bit thin. Furniture, amenities, and carpeting are older and a tad worn, but not bad at all. Staff seems fine, polite, nice. Five stars is for perfection.
