Very close to Hershey Lodge, Hershey Hospital, and nice convenient eating eating locations. Hotel is good for one or two nights simple stay if you’re not expecting a lot so clean water is hot amenities in their room decent. Our service and desktop is good. It’s a comfortable room for the price and for the location.

I would have given a 5 all around however, the room and bathroom were very dated. The elevator buttons needed to pushed extremely hard to register. However, I did see a notice that the hotel was under renovations. For the price of a family a five this was an amazing deal and nice hotel.

The service at the Front Desk what top-notch - 5 stars. The breakfast was also better than usual. The shower did not function, which was disappointing. Best Western seems to have let maintenance slip.

Was there for a quick stay. The front desk staff was friendly. However breakfast was over very quickly and the breakfast staff was extremely rude as my kids were trying to eat breakfast.

Room was average, it was clean enough. Staff was very nice and helpful . No complaints at all with the staff . Front desk was superb. What was so disappointing was the breakfast. They say from 6am to 9 am. I arrived at 830 am and there was 1 sausage link.(YES 1) so I asked if any more was going to be getting served and I got a big NO. Basically all they had left was scrambled eggs and they were a 1 out of a 1 - 10. Breakfast was one of the main reasons i chose this hotel. I am a type 1 diabetic so breakfast is very important . But overall there is nothing great about this place. For 560$ for 2 nights is absolutely absurd so overpriced. Only because Jordan Davis had a concert on Friday night. Many more better places in the same area.
