The air conditioning in the lobby was broke. The room ac struggled, the room smelled musty, there were air bubbles in the ceiling from moisture build up. Probably mold somewhere, very disturbing

The staff and manager were so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for the park. Rooms were clean, beds comfy and the breakfast was clutch. Really happy we found this hotel - will definitely return!

This was a very clean and nice hotel. The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the suite was a very reasonable price. I will definitely book again when going to Hershey.

Clean rooms and easy in and out service, there’s a nice breakfast they offer that we took advantage of the first morning before the park, the second morning we went to the breakfast spot that’s across the street which was really good as well, we were able to uber to and from the parks which was way cheaper then parking there

Feel that the room could have been cleaner upon our arrival ( even if they only clean rooms every other day, something was clearly overlooked) / breakfast buffet also could have been managed better ( daughters went down around 9am and waffle batter was already gone ) Simple stuff like that would have helped / expected more from a Hilton branded property

Front desk staff was very nice. Ease of check in and check out. Pool was nice although we did not have time to enjoy it. Breakfast was good. Rooms need some serious updating. Carpet had stains. Beds all felt like pull out couches. Towels were clean but not soft, kinda rough. Overall ok stay. Room was spacious. Lobby was nice and very clean. The surrounding grounds were nice. Elevators bordered on scary with the noises and they way they jumped. We used the steps. Not what I’m used to with Hampton Inn. Would look elsewhere the next to find something that accommodates my idea of a good stay

Everything was great. Nice and clean. The only thing is at breakfast everything was fine or low. Nothing for filled for over 45 minutes. Several guest coming In to eat and no food. Lady at the front desk had to come over to start filling things. Other than that everything was great.

We stayed for one night in a suite. Location is perfect since its close to Hershey Park and Chocolate World. It appears that there is staff shortage. Took a while for someone to come to the front desk to check us in, and same experience checking out. Room was spacious and clean, equipped with full kitchen dishwasher, microwave, stove, full sized refrigerator. Truly appreciated the hot breakfast options and the friendly staff in the dining. The major issues were the toilet( very dated and very slow flushing) which ended up being clogged. Bathtub had rust in some areas and the tub drained very very slowly.
