Beautiful 5* home on Seneca lake, with an unbelievable lake view from the large 235' flat waterfront property. A small 15 mph lakeside road is quiet and convenient for walking to the nearby 2 restaurants for food and/or drinks, as well as a great waterside stroll! This completely renovated home is cozy and comfortable for a peaceful getaway from home for all seasons. Enjoy the propane fireplace & heat during cold winter months or large windows for spring and summer air. Central AC newly installed! All furnishings, appliances, and bedding are updated regularly. Hardwood floors.

Enjoy the huge landscaped flat yard for family gatherings and yard games. The gazebo is perfect for dining outdoors. Or spend the day relaxing sitting in the phenomenal, large 14'x16' pavilion with comfortable furniture and a hammock surrounded by flowers. Make your own bonfire in the stone 6' fire pit for an evening of relaxation with a beautiful view of the lake.

Enjoy two kayaks for water fun. Best rental around!

***NOTE: Rental Limitations: maximum of 6 people on property and 4 parked cars. No weddings, large gatherings, or RVs.

***Property Restrictions: In order for us to keep our property pristine for your stay we have the following restrictions: We do not allow RVs, motor homes, tents of any kind, special events (ie. weddings, reunions, corporate events etc.). Maximum parking 4 cars. MAXIMUM capacity of the house is 6 people. Special requests will be considered by the owner and may have stipulations and/or extra charges.

PETS - You love your pets and so do we and to keep our home beautiful please no pets on the furniture! We ask that you please make sure the yard is cleaned up upon your departure. For those who have pets that shed please do an initial vacuum of the house to remove all pet hair upon your departure. We hope to keep our home pet-friendly for everyone but we need some help to maintain the cleanliness of our home. This house and property are just perfect!! The home is immaculate, very comfortable, beautifully decorated and everything you could ever need is anticipated and provided. The grounds are exceptional with breathtaking landscaping. What a stunning view of Seneca Lake!! We loved sitting on the dock with the dogs and gazing at the lake. The location is central to so many Finger Lakes destinations. You won't find a better stay!!

Great Property

We recently stayed at a lovely house for our family vacation, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The property is in a great location, directly across a narrow street from the lake, offering stunning views and easy access to water activities. The house itself was extremely clean and provided all the comforts of home, making our stay very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring that everything was in order for our visit. The yard and outdoor amenities were convenient and added to the enjoyment of our time there. The property description was accurate, and everything met our expectations. However, there was one downside. The outdoor furniture, dock, and kayaks were not cleaned regularly and were quite dirty, with cobwebs accumulating. This was a minor inconvenience but did detract slightly from the overall experience. Despite this, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing lakeside getaway. With a bit more attention to the outdoor amenities, it would be absolutely perfect.

Incredible beautiful property!

Chris thought of everything you could ever need. The house and grounds are beautiful and immaculate. Perfect location centered between Watkins Glen and Geneva with so many things to do a short drive away. The view of the lake is the best you will find. We plan to return often!! And our terriers were welcome too- they loved the wildlife!

We all had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. I only wish we had more time! The house is beautiful. Right on the lake with gorgeous views. Would love to come back when it’s a bit warmer so we can enjoy all the outside activities. The owners make it wonderful for guests!!

Overall excellence!

This property far exceeded our expectations! The owner is wonderful and the condition of the home was immaculate and decorated perfectly! You feel like you are renting your friends home! The kitchen was fully equipped and we mean fully! We ate home 5 of the 7 nights and were mesmerized by the beauty of the lake and mountains . The location was great- close to both south and north sides of the lake. Don’t miss sunrise sitting on the porch and drinking your coffee!!

Beautiful home with private dock

Lovely home on a quiet street directly on Seneca Lake. My husband and I enjoyed this pet-friendly home, with our dog, where we could relax by the fire pit and sit on the private dock. Great location where we could walk to two restaurants and pontoon rentals. The house is very well kept and equipped with all the necessities. Highly recommend this home as your next vacation spot.

Wonderful stay

Peaceful and beautiful retreat

This was our second time staying at this magical property and it was as fantastic as we remembered. The house and outside property are impeccably maintained and the home owner is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. Plus you cannot beat the incredible lake views! Finger Lakes stay at its best!

This property was a total delight, as was communicating with the host! We were two couples travelling to the Finger Lakes and this location was centrally located on the western shore of Lake Seneca - with great access to Watkins Glen and Geneva, LOTS of wineries and a gorgeous view of the lake. SO much outdoor space as well for relaxing and taking in the view. Hope to return and the host was constantly available for any last minute questions once on site. Many thanks for a great getaway!

Perfection!!!

This was our first time visiting the Finger lakes. If I could sum up the perfect weekend into a bottle, this was it. We visited April 14-17th. The weather was so gorgeous. I don’t know how we got so lucky. It was sunny and 85 degrees which is not normal for this time of year. We had the best weather all weekend. This allowed us to sit on the dock, watch the sunrise, make a fire in the gorgeous large fire pit. We sat under the brand new refinished gazebo/patio area and played cards. The wineries and breweries were just an added bonus. We ate the best dinner at the restaurant just a quick walk down the street. The house was ADORABLE!!! The beds were so comfortable, the sheets were so soft and everything was so cozy. We did get to talk to the owner of the property. She is so nice!! She gave great recommendations of where to eat and activities to do. This was one of the best weekends I’ve had in a long time. If you want peace, gorgeous views, relaxation and a great place to stay
this is your house. The water on the lake was CRYSTAL CLEAR and freezing cold, but it looked so refreshing my husband jumped in! (Quickly got out too) lol I HIGHLY recommend this property. Loved it!!!
