Great location. Close to Waikiki Beach, shops and restaurants. Property needs UPDATED. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet quality has been reduced since our last visit.

Mold, mildew all over in shower. Tub mat should be thrown away! Shower head broken so used hair tie to help hold up. Carpet gross. Needs new bedding and pillows. Breakfast is a cheap packaged donut and fruit cup. Pool is deceiving~ small and cold. However, location was perfect. Lots to see and do within walking distance and also easy to catch shuttle for tours. Nice balcony to enjoy the hustle of the city. Get what you pay for- didn’t expect to spend a lot of time relaxing nor did I want to after arriving. Staff was helpful, pleasant

The employees were very nice. The building was older but it was clean. It’s close to the shops but a little further walk to the beach than I would prefer. My biggest disappointment was the surrounding area. We had a view of a parking lot behind the building. People were very loud and inconsiderate every night. They would go to the bathroom in the grass area by the cars and looked like they were doing drugs and drinking. For this reason, I would not stay at this hotel again. That parking lot seems to be a normal gathering place for these activities and we stayed 3 nights and they were there everything night .

This is a walkable to the beach location and the room was fine. But there is a “Resort Fee” that was 80.00 for the 2 nights we were there. The resort amenities were a pool literally the size of a large hot tub the use of foldable beach chairs and towels to take to Waikiki beach and a continental breakfast with choices of hostess wrapped danish, canned fruit cups, cereal and toast. Canned fruit cups in Hawaii? That is just sad

Got moved to a dump!

At check in was informed our room had water damage and they were moving us to a different hotel. Second hotel was a complete dump. The oasis is not that great but a four star hotel compared to the dump where we were dropped off. We believe the rate in our room was low since we booked far in advance. Seems there was high demand for that day and thinking they got kits more putting us up at a dump and renting our room for higher. This has happened to us using hotels.com

Well 1 st we got there and they had us check in to a room that the bed was falling apart then 1 hour they decided to change our room which the bed was falling apart too was afraid if it broke they say we did so I called staff the staff looked frustrated with us but I don’t see why it’s customer service it was terrible then next day woke up and we had alot of ants on our stuff they try to say that they smell there want no food only food was in the frig so I asked them if they fix the bed and spray for the aunts while we were out .. but someone decide to go in and spray when we where ther we were all coughing even the guy who was spraying this was frustrated to me .. Then the soap was out I ask if I can have more they started talking in there language I don’t what they were saying but I felt un comfortable soo if I would stay they again NOOOO . I would like someone from Expedia to contact me I didn’t call or text the next day I was jet lag now a little better please contact me
