The staff was wonderful!!! The hotel is near a lot of shops and restaurants so it does get loud at night, but we were on a high floor so we didn’t hear it once we were inside. Highly recommend it!

For one how can you have a romantic weekend if they down grade you to a double bed? They called that an upgrade!! Besides that and the very inconvenient valet parking it was ok.

The staff was great and very accommodating! It’s an older hotel and it’s not a luxurious place, but it’s affordable in comparison to hotels directly on the strip. The beds are clean, no bugs! The area is very close to Waikīkī beach walk but sadly you do have to pass through somewhat of a sketchy patch to get there, it’s not the worst but it’s worth noting if you’re a woman or have young children. Not the hotels fault but the area is noisy at night. Overall, the hotel gets the job done and can get you to Waikīkī on a budget and the kind staff makes the experience enjoyable.

The room we booked at oasis was unavailable due to ac issues. They put us up at Ohia Waikiki and it felt like a downgrade given the room we booked at Oasis was better with more amenities and breakfast. We didn’t get breakfast and things like lights in the room and hot water didn’t work

Very walkable to shops and restaurants. Stayed for a week and valet service was excellent. Pricey but this is Waikiki. Thanks a bunch for a comfortable room after long but wonderful days exploring the island all the way to Kualoa ranch to the North shore beaches and food trucks to Hawaii Kai in the South and drive back to Waikiki to recharge in our room for the next day’s adventure! Mahalo!

The location was great. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. One thing I can't express enough is how friendly the staff is. They were alway smiling, asking about our day and providing amazing suggestions for our trip.

Lovely

Our room was upgraded free of charge due to a maintenance issue. The room was large and clean. The outdoor lobby area was cute and relaxing. Did not like the hidden resort and parking fees that I found out about when I checked in. It added almost $200 to the cost.

Location great, but hotel needs improvement

Excellent location , very warm and friendly staff . Hotel desperately needs an upgrade . Cleaning woman didn't come the first two days . Continental breakfeast very basic, no protein options . All in all it was an ok stay . Resort fee does not match quality of amenities ie: small pool no gym etc

Loud out night, every night even during the week due to the bar and security speaker across the streets. Hotel staff is unfriendly especially valet. Amenities are sub par for the area. Sorry wish I had better positive feedback. There is known…and I live here!!

The property is just walking distance to the shopping area, restaurants and the beach. The employees are very friendly and polite. They offer free drinking water and ice tea in the lobby. Valet parking only but very efficient , you request your car ahead of time and it’s ready when you arrive in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly, especially the front desk woman. It was also very convenient and helpful that they had a hospitality room that we were able to use to freshen up after checking out since our flare was later that night. The rooms were a bit older but we didn’t care too much as this was just a home base for us. The location was also very convenient.
