The host was quick to help and respond! My kids were cold the first night, so she promptly brought extra blankets the next day. It has wear and tear like many 1960's buildings, and heating/cooling wasn't perfect, but overall, it worked really well as a homebase for our stay. The balcony was wonderful to sit out on and have breakfast. Parking was a pain to find spots at the boat dock, but you can walk to like 30 restaurants/shops.
