Luana Waikiki Hotel and the spacious unit were recently renovated completely. This hotel situates at the entrance to the famous Waikiki strip and close to the world-renewed Waikiki Beach, shoppings, dining, and Convention Center, which are within a 2-10 minute walk.

It comes with one queen bed & one queen sofa bed, balcony with city & pool views, AC, microwave, mini-fridge, FREE WiFi & Cable TV.

It's perfect for a group up to 4.

FREE parking - a paid parking stall nearby and NO RESORT FEES!

The space
GENERAL:
This is the privately owned studio inside of Luana Waikiki hotel & suites. Therefore, it doesn't offer daily cleanings or any other hotel services. This 4th floor studio comes with one queen size bed & one queen size sofa bed and sleeps up to 4 people. This is a non-smoking unit. The kitchenette includes:
- Induction cooktop
- Microwave
- Toaster oven
- Electric kettle
- Coffee maker
- Rice cooker
- Blender
- Wine glasses/opener
- Silver ware and dishes.

THE HOTEL AMENITIES THAT CAN BE USED:
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the entire premise - the room, lobby, pool side
- Outdoor Salt Water Pool & Sundeck
- Outdoor BBQ grill and tables
- Fully Equipped Gym
- On-site Washer and Dryers

Parking:
We provide free parking at the nearby Hale Koa Hotel Parking (4 minutes walk). If you want to park at Luana parking lot ( valet parking only), you need to pay $35/day at the front desk.

SUPPLIES:
Though there is no daily maid service, but we will supply toilet papers, paper towel, sponge, we also will provide hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your entire stay.

Linens:
We provide linens for the beds and one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, beach towel) per guest. For guest stay more than 4 days, we will provide 2 set of towels per person. One beach towel per person.

The ABC Store is right across the street.

Key:
Self checking-in with key card. Please take good care of the card. You would have to pay $30 to the person who deliver you a replacement should you have lost or damaged it.

Check In:
It's self check in. Instructions will be provided 3 days before your arrival.

As the guest of a private owner, you should always contact my property manager for anything you may need to help with. You could ask the front desk for questions as well though they are not obligated to. Please respect them as much as I do!

Noisiness:
The unit is facing to Kalakaua Ave and it is the busiest road in Waikiki. Therefore, it can be noisy. Please mind it before you book it.

We had a great stay. This unit is also located in very nice hotel/suites it was very quiet and not so busy like many of the others were. Yes as indicated prior to renting at the unit faces a noisy street at peak traffic times but with the sliding door closed it's quiet and it has AC when needed. Host was helpful answering your questions.

Fit what I needed

This room was just what I needed for my week's stay in Waikiki. Clean enough, comfortable bed, great air conditioning, and good location. The host was responsive and the check in and out was a breeze. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The parking was a huge bonus.

Luana Waikiki experience

Everything was satisfactory, but only thing that was a inconvenience was that the room safety box didn't work. We had to carry our laptop in our backpacks where ever we went. Our laptops carry very important papers that took months of work. We carried our backpacks when we went to the beach, Dole plantation, Diamondhead hikes, etc.

Expressed concerns first day. Saw no one during 7 day stay. Cleaning charges high , especially when they suggest you strip bed and throw out garbage. I left place as clean as I found it.

Great location with free parking

This is a great place. Close to the beach and parking is a short walk from the condo. It's clean and has everything you need. We loved our stay here. The parking is such a huge bonus.

Good location. Friendly staff. The pillows in the room were hard and one did not smell clean. Mostly clean, just some dirt in corners and around bed/fridge.

Great room

Enjoyed stay. Almost everything was perfect other than the freezer inside of the refrigerator failed to keep our ice cream frozen. When we took the ice cream out after a day, it was half melted. Everything else was great.
