Hotel service was disappointing. The front desk staff was unfriendly and not helpful. The only positive experience was with the housekeeping staff member, she was extremely kind and truly the best part of the hotel. Overall, I don’t recommend this hotel due to the poor service.

I enjoyed my stay at the Waikiki Resort Hotel. Everything was pretty clean and organized, with the exception of one of my towels that looked like it had a stain. But I had extra towels so it wasn't a problem for me. I had the partial ocean view which was really nice. While at times it may feel like it's one of the hotels that is on the far end of the main strip, I had no problem walking everywhere or taking a short bus ride to the more far away spots. A big Mahalo to the staff for making me feel so welcome. Overall, I thought the Waikiki Resort Hotel was great and would recommend it to others!

The hotel is very conveniently located and I didn’t have issues parking on site. The staff were very friendly and they were even able to accommodate a late night check out time (8pm) for a reasonable fee. Would definitely stay here again.

Dated old property. Staff lack of knowledge on how roads are blocked off for the marathon told me that it can take hours to get to the airport so I had to book a ride for early morning. My driver said that is not true the hotel location is in the back so the roads are all open. Saw Google Maps throughout the day and there was 0 traffic. Gave me a lot of anxiety for nothing.
