1940's Charming Home w/Lake-Park View in Quiet, very Family Friendly Area

We would love to host your stay in this 1940’s house is in a quaint quiet area next to great park! 2 mi from main interstate, but no freeway noise can be heard. 1100 sf home, 2 large Bedrooms, comfy large Livingroom, 2 smart TV's, one is movable. 1 Bath-Tub/Shower combo, Kitchen is supply stocked and cook ready, WIFI 400+ speed, Large fenced backyard w/patio & Lakeview to area park and walking trails. Outside BBQ pit and chairs. Window Units cooled, Radiator (safest) Space Heaters warmed. Lots of extras included a pet friendly very large back yard! **We love longer stays, ask about longer stay discount, 30+ nights means no occupancy taxes at all!**

Fully fenced, half shaded backyard for your dog (2 dog limit), pet friendly inside offering one large crate, if you don't have your own already and a large dog bed too. Washer/dryer (top and front load) and some detergent supply to start off with. Kitchen is supply cook ready! Close grocery stores. There are fresh linens, blankets and towels. Living room TV has chrome streaming, DVD player and can support game station if you bring it.
Backyard view to a beautiful park! Park has a great playground, mini putt-putt golf, a catch and release fishing pond/dock. The park also has walking/running trails and an outside obstacle stretching zone plus an inside exercise gym and pool available to our guests. There are area ducks to feed (crackers are a favorite) and picnic options. Another adjoining park has basketball/baseball/playground as well.

There is also an awesome dog park around the corner, a library and even another quiet secluded park, called Heritage Park about a half mile away. Perfect house for the family!

You have the entire house, front and back yard, drive way and carport are all for guest use. Garage is not for guest use as we use it for storage.

Other things to note
Don't speed in Katy! Almost all roads in old town Katy are 30 mph. You can chance it only up to about 34-35, but not over.
There is a 2 dog limit, and they should be crated when you’re not home. The backyard is fenced but some of the fence is 3' and they can’t be allowed in front, unless on a leash. Pet friendly area. Ducks roam the area from the lake.
