Bedroom 2: Two sets of Bunk beds, ideal for kids or groups.

Gate entry is via the Monroe entrance with a code sent before check-in.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

There is no private pool at the home, but guests have resort access to three community pools and jacuzzis at no extra charge. Hours are generally 8:00am to 10:00pm - the HOA can adjust these, so please check the times posted at the pool during your stay.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pets are $150 per animal. Resort pool and spa access is included at no extra cost; fees may apply for the fitness center.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is parking for up to four vehicles. The HOA prohibits street parking, and violations risk a fine of $200 or more as well as towing, which guests are liable for.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee per animal. We kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and sofas. If pet hair is found on a bed, a $150 additional cleaning fee applies per bed.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential resort community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
