You can watch your favorite movies, streaming, Netflix, video prime, Hulu, etc.. on a 155-inch screen in the sofa.

The kitchen with central island is fully equipped.
A foosball table, a pool table and arcade games will entertain you.

The private outdoor patio with Netflix TV to enjoy a meal and the outdoor lounge to enjoy a relaxing moment will offer you a beautiful and quiet view of the garden, the mountains, the pool and the spa.
The garden is also equipped with lounge chairs and a daybed for relaxing in the sun. The garden also has a fire-pit.
In the evening, you can enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of the illuminated garden.
Our vacation rental is pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets.

SELF CHECK-IN
The house key will be in the lock box.

AMENITIES PROVIDED WITH THE PROPERTY
We provide linen, bath and pool towels. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, kitchen utensils and appliances. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher soap. Laundry rooms are also equipped with laundry detergent.

PARKING
You can park 2 cars in the garage and 5 cars on the driveway in front of the garage.

POOL AND HOT TUB
Our house has a private pool and hot tub. The pool will be set at 86 degrees and the hot tub at 100 degrees. The heating costs per day for the pool $125 and for the hot tub $75 (with limitation for hot tub). The hot tub can be heated 4 hours per day. The pool and hot tub are controlled remotely. You must inform the host of their intention to heat the pool and hot tub at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
