Welcome to The Lakefront Social, an extraordinary desert oasis located lakeside in the gated community of Terra Lago. This contemporary, open-concept home has five-bedrooms, three-baths and features an expansive wrap-around patio and pool with stunning views of the lake and the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto mountain ranges. If you think this outdoor haven sounds heavenly—wait until you see the spacious and stunning interior. The open-plan and airy design of the main floor is perfect for hosting seamless indoor and outdoor activities that everyone will enjoy. The Lakefront Social is a stand-alone home on the largest corner lot in the community—there is ample room inside and out to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful get-a-way vacation in this remarkable villa.

The lush wrap-around patio will be where you choose to relax and unwind. Every amenity for your comfort and enjoyment has been thought of—a spa, a large pool with cozy seating areas, a tanning shelf, soothing waterfalls—all with a panoramic view of the lake framed by the mountains. You can relax waterside in this luxurious setting around the built-in fire pit surrounded by comfy club chairs, or lounge under the covered gazebo. And to keep the outside festivities going, fire up the BBQ, and gather your group together for a shared meal in the covered dining area. The entire patio is embellished with outdoor fire features that add a lovely touch of ambiance. A wonderful detail about this property is that you can watch both the sunrise and the sunset over the mountains.

When you gather inside, the amount of open area for family and friends to socialize is impressive. You'll enjoy cooking and sharing meals in a comfortable and relaxed open-concept setting with gorgeous views from every window. There are plenty of activities for every age group: two arcade games, shuffleboard, giant connect 4, and a big screen TV for sports and family movie night. The primary bedroom on the second floor is spacious and has a private balcony; the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while taking in the sunshine over the lake and the mountains in complete serenity. The entire home is tastefully decorated and feels warm and inviting. The Lakefront Social is the ideal home if you are considering a vacation in the heart of the Coachella Valley!

Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM. Any violations will result in a $1,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation for a fee of $150 per request, for up to 3 hours. This cannot be guaranteed and is based on availability. Please contact us for additional information.

DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA?
All of our homes feature private pools and spas! Pool heat is not included and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The pool maybe be heated up to 86 degrees for a fee of $100 per day (2 day minimum). There is no fee to heat the spa and recommended temperature is between 100-102. Pool will not be heated in the summer months.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you clean up after pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.

We encourage you to enjoy our vacation homes, however we must abide by city and HOA policies. ARE THERE LAKE ACTIVITIES?
There are no lake activities available for vacation guests. Swimming in the lake is strictly prohibited. There is no option for water sports on the lake.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All our Vacation Homes have keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a "code" for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT MY STAY?
All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker. Absolutely no outside music past 9PM.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! This home has 4 parking spaces available - 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Parking specifics will be sent to you prior to your arrival. **COMMERCIAL, BRANDED VEHICLES, OR 10+ PASSENGER VANS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY.**

WILL WIFI AND CABLE TV BE AVAILABLE?
Yes! All of our vacation rentals are equipped with cable TV and high speed WiFi.

SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS?
We are in the desert, so there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.

This home is located in the gated golf community of Terra Lago; one of the best-kept secrets in the desert! The Terra Lago community has so much to offer including a serene 20-acre lake.

The Golf Club at Terra Lago boasts 36 holes of championship golf surrounded by endless mountain views. If you want to venture out a little further, there are hundreds of golf resorts to choose from, including a round of par 3 night time golf at "The Lights".

Just outside the community gates you will find the Badlands Hiking Trail and Fantasy Springs Casino where guests can hop over for a bite to eat or risk high stakes at the poker tables. Several other Casino's located within a short freeway drive.

Everything you would need is a quick drive away including the famous Empire Polo Club – home to Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals, El Paseo, Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Terra Lago has easy freeway access making it a breeze to for a drive to the airport or any other surrounding city.

Definitely a 5-Star property on the water Indio. Our Hosts were quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns and even sent a Technician right away to fix a few minor things, they were efficient, friendly and very helpful to us tech-challenged women. The house was clean, well appointed with all the necessary equipment, utensils you would need. We loved this Property and the staff and plan on returning. I highly recommend staying here. (I kinda want to keep it a secret but I know I need to share this wonderful gem. Enjoy!

My fiancé and I celebrated our bachelorette party here for the weekend and it was perfect! Lots of space, room to cook and feed everyone, great pool, lots of seating and very clean. Pool/ Spa were a little confusing but the host were AMAZING and walked me through the process of getting it right. Response time was almost immediate. Would definitely recommend this property.

Everything about this property was as advertised. Upon arrival, it was so clean and welcoming. Communication with the property managers was super easy. The outside area was fantastic. The kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub and the awesome view! There was plenty of space for our party of 9. We had a great time and would definitely return!
